Dance Studio, in Montpetit Hall

Clubs have gained access to the Dance studio in Montpetit Hall. Ten hours a week are reserved for Clubs to use this facility. Dance Studio reservations do not count toward the Club’s 15 free room reservations per semester.

Request for Reservation: Dance Studio

PLEASE NOTE:
Clubs must make a $50 deposit upon signing the Dance Studio contract at the Clubs Office (UCU 030A). This must be done before the reservation date; otherwise the request will not be accepted.

The deposit can be picked up at the Clubs Office within 5 business days following the day of the event, provided that the club leaves the Dance Studio in an acceptable condition. The deposit will cover fees if a Club does not occupy the space when it is reserved or cancels the reservation within 48 hours of the start of the scheduled activity.

Reservations may be made for the following times. These times are fixed and cannot be negotiated.
