Community Life Services

Community Life Service's (CLS) mission is to promote the cultural, social and community life on campus.

Evaluation Criteria:

1. All rooms must be reserved and paid for prior to submitting a request to the committee.
2. All applications must be submitted to the Community Life Services (CLS) office no less than three weeks before the date of the activity.
3. The proposed activity is not to serve any political religious or propagandist interests.
4. Only full- or part-time students at the University of Ottawa at the undergraduate or graduate levels may submit an application.
5. The activity must take place in the University Center or at the Nostalgica Café.
6. The Evaluation committee will only respond to certain needs (room location, technical needs or technical assistance).
7. All requests for financial aid must be accompanied by a budget. It must contain details such as revenue, expenditures, and financial sources.
8. Activities that are part of a fund-raising campaign will not be considered.
9. The proposed activity should play a positive role and strive to promote campus life.
10. All technical requests must be presented with a quote provided by the CLS Technical Supervisor.
