Request Forms


If you are unsure of the procedures to request anything above, please consult the Clubs Manual.

If the request is not submitted to the Clubs Coordinator and/or the SFUO, your request will not be processed.

Projector

Clubs now have access to a projector! To rent out the projector, a room on campus must be reserved. Please fill out the form and submit to the Clubs office (Jock Turcot 030A) at least 5 business days in advance.

Once the request is approved by the Clubs Coordinator, the Club can pick-up the projector at the clubs office (Jock Turcot 030A). At this time, a confirmation of room rental, a contract must be signed, and a $10 fee must be provided. The projector is to be returned to the Clubs roomthe same or the next business day at the latest.

Clubs Showcasing

  • Have your picture on the Clubs website
  • Have a blurb written on the SFUO website
  • other kinds of general promotion by the SFUO
  • Click here for the Showcasing forms. Please submit to clubs@sfuo.ca. Paper copies will not be accepted.
  • Showcasing begins on November 2nd 2009, ends in April 2010
  • Minimum of 5 clubs a month, totaling 30 clubs per academic year.
