Initiatives
Each year you elect an executive team to take on the day-to-day responsibilities of operating your Student Federation’s services, businesses and campaigns… but also to work on sustainable projects and infrastructure to make your campus more and more inclusive, accessible, respectful and emancipating!
To fulfill the SFUO’s role of representing students’ interests, great initiatives were implemented over the years:
- A strong Student Clubs system and network;
- Sustainable development initiatives like Green Weeks and the Free Store;
- International support through the Student Refugee Program ;
- Philanthropic activities that affect thousands of students;
- Creating a plan for a Student Centre (we need more student space!);
- An Activist Assembly to provide better training, resources and tools to students who are engaged in their community…
